Daniel DeShon is a singer / songwriter & Scott Sluis is a drummer and percussionist.
They are SJI locals and often can be heard playing together in the Friday Harbor original
rock band Desolation Sound. When the two play together as a duo you can expect mix of
originals along with covers from artists like Bowie, U2, Snow Patrol, Nirvana and many
others. Daniel is currently finishing his first solo album, so you will hear a few
brand new tunes as well!

Christopher Maguire is a singer/guitarist who has been performing regularly since 1994.
He was front man for a three-piece blues band in Portland, OR for 20 years, before transitioning
to acoustic when his second son was born. Christopher has over 200 songs in his active solo
repertoire, including his favorite well-known songs: Georgia On My Mind, Dream A
Little Dream Of Me, Hallelujah, Friday I'm In Love.

Kirk Fuhrmeister loves to play guitar, mandolin, ukulele, harmonica, and sing along with
those beautiful instruments. He writes and performs his own songs as well as covers by other
artists. San Juan Island has been his home for 50 years. He is a retired music store owner,
now exploring art and gardening... and adventuresome music. Surprise guests often appear at his gigs.

Tom and Tami also known as '3D' perform venues interested in something different.
We bring our own spin on familiar tunes as well as occasionally offer up some original music. Great harmonies, and
guitars and occasionally our 'third' virtual assistant: electronic drums bass and keyboards programmed by Tom.
The Material focus spans 1960-90's adding folk, rock and all combinations. Pleased to be a part of this series,
we look forward to playing for you soon!

Bourbon Crème is a father & daughter duo that put their own spin on their
favorite country, folk and pop classics. Inspired by the beloved West Coast duo
Riley and Maloney, they seek to infuse their listeners with contentment and a
bit of nostalgia. They cover songs recorded by artists including Kathy Mattea,
First Aid Kit, Bob Dylan, Katy Perry, The Hollies, Bruce Springsteen,
Maroon Five, and many others. With special guest, drummer Scott Sluis.

James Taylor is known as the "Other" James Taylor, San Juan's own!
He plays standard guitar and lap, steel guitar with a steel bar!
His musical routes, go from Ry Cooder, Hank Williams, and David Lindley, Satchmo along with many more!
He writes some of his own, and does some of his unique covers! With special guest Bruce Harvie!

Tara Craig is an award-winning singer-songwriter based in Friday Harbor, WA.
Tara's music is immersive, vocally-driven, indie-folk-pop with sounds similar to
Shawn Colvin and Natalie Merchant. The vibe is relaxed, fun and engaging. A
typical set includes originals, refreshing covers and Tara's unique,
crowd-pleasing "Improv Song" in which the audience contributes words
and Tara writes and performs a song on the spot.

Kate Schuman is an award-winning singer-songwriter who returns (all the way from Shaw Island)
to her longtime hometown of Friday Harbor for a show featuring songs of wry humor, life's lessons,
and torrid passion. Okay, okay, no torrid passion, but there will be a few sweet love songs, some
originals, lots of familiar favorites, and a little Patsy Cline. Kate introduced the San Juan Golf
and Tennis Club to music events some years ago and we're so glad she can return.
